Beyond the Bombarde beach is the Lazaretto of Alghero beach. The name of this beach comes from a building that served as housing for people who were forced into quarantine during the plague of the sixth century. The main beach of white sand narrow and is connected to 10 other coves surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.

The Mugoni beach is several kilometers long and located in a bay, so it is generally sheltered from the winds and currents.
